Registration Forms

Call Noah’s Ark Preschool Office 309-828-1974 to find out if there are openings available for the current school year, before sending in registration forms.  Print all four pages of the Registration Form, fill out, and mail or drop off at Noah’s Ark Preschool with the Registration Fee and First Month’s Tuition Payment.
