All campers need to turn in their Health/Med Form, Covenant and Liability
Forms. Final payment and forms are due next
Friday, May 28, 2010. Additional copies of forms can be found at camp45.org.
Going away for the holiday weekend? Don't let vacation
plans delay turning in forms - get them in asap.

Adult
Leader Background Checks
Because
background checks can take days to process... if you were sent a
background check form please return it today. Thanks to all our
Adult Leaders for making this a safe and special trip.
Cancellation
Reminder
All
spots are filled! We currently have a waiting list so if you need
to
cancel for any reason please let Rob know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 30 days of
Camp45 still require full payment unless someone can take your spot.
