Getting
Closer To Only A Month Away
Now is the right time to get those forms
completed and returned to Rob in the church office. Don't forget
to look over the What-To-Bring items and shop around for those great
deals on sleeping bags, swimsuits, jackets and more. We're
gearing up ourselves for discovering God through team-building,
campfire, hiking and more!
Camper
Mail
All campers love mail at camp from mom,
dad, sister, brother, an uncle/aunt, a grandparent, friend... you name
it they love it. Since we are only at camp for the weekend,
regular mail is not possible but... We encourage you to drop of pieces of mail
for your camper no later than Wednesday, June 3so we can pack it
up in time. Please do not
include food in mail! Small trinkets and notes are ideal -
in the past we have had WAY too much candy and kids have not felt well
afterwards. So please, write your son or daughter an affirming
note, encourage others to do the same, and they will be filled with joy
at getting mail while they are away!!! You can give cards to Rob
or drop them off at the Receptionist Office (make sure mail is clearly
marked with the camper's name and Camp45).
Cancellation
Reminder
All spots are
filled! We currently have a waiting list so if you need to cancel
for any reason please let Rob know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 30 days of
Camp45 still require full payment unless someone can take your spot.
Adult
Leader Updates
The correct
date/time/place of our annual Leader's Meeting is on June 9 from
6:30-7:30pm in the new Jr. High Room. We also are looking for one or two adult
leaders who would be willing
to drive up to camp. Our group is too big for the
bus and we need a couple of additional vehicles. Please let Rob
know of your availability as soon as you can.
