Forms and More Coming Soon!
Families
should be on the lookout in March for forms to be filled out and
returned. In your mailbox will be a packet of materials
including: Parent Info, Health/Med Form, Covenant and Liability Forms.
Final payment and forms are due by May 28, 2010.

a couple spots still left for Camp45 this summer: Families
represented are: Baca, Broach, Childs, Farner, Huls, Iverson, Martell,
Novinska, Shaffer, Sorensen (x3), Tucci, and Winger. 22 registered to date!
For Camp45 Adult Leaders
If you are attending this year as an adult leader we have a brief orientation meeting on Wednesday, June 9
from 6:30-7:30pm (Room TBA). If you are returning leader you do
not need to attend but we would love to have you anyway! In Fall
of 2007, St. John's began background checking all volunteers working
with children and youth. In order for you to attend you will
be receiving a background check form to return to Rob as soon as
possible. If you have already filled a form out in the last 3 years you will not need to fill it out again. Thanks to all our leaders: Jim Broach, Kelly Huls, Susan Martell, Lisa Novinska, Julie Shaffer, Dawna Tucci, Stewart Winger and Mr. Rob.
