You’ve seen the dumpster, you’ve almost ran into the trailer…
Now the Fellowship Hall gets emptied and offices, trailer and the dumpster get filled with stuff that was in the Fellowship Hall. All this week the Fellowship Hall is being emptied in preparation for aesbestos removal NEXT WEEK, like this Monday. The cast iron oven/stove was picked up today by a church in Rantoul. Many thanks to everyone who helped move a chair, remove a light fixture, or shuffle a box around!
Whoo hoo!

One quick update before we pack up the van, go to our last Celebration/Worship
and then head for home.
We spent some time at the waterparks yesterday enjoying the wave pool, a
raft/tube ride and then standing in line for about 40 minutes for the Hurricane.
Imagine sitting in a raft shooting through tubes and then emerging into a huge
funnel-like area which sends you back and forth screaming all the way down.
Too cool! We had a great time!
We also enjoyed pizza in one of our rooms, dressing up for Crazy Clothes Night, more
great music and plenty of stuff to make us think about our faith! Oh yeah, forgot
about the dance and games that were held last night as well.
We anticipate arriving back in Bloomington around 5pm and the group will call home
when we are about a half-hour away from home. See you soon!

We are all having a terrific time from singing, dancing, shouting, hearing stories
from Pr. Yonker, enjoying the band Echelon and Captive Free and way more.
The weather is rainy and COLD. It droppped at least 20 degrees in 12 hours!
We attended the first two Treks and headed to lunch at a HUGE McDonald’s that
looked like a rustic lodge (complete with animal heads on the walls). We did a quick
tour of downtown WI Dells and headed back to the Wilderness Resort.
Before the Trek at 1:45pm we toured two of the indoor waterparks. The group was in
awe of the Wave Pool and were drooling when we got to the Klondike Kavern part of
the park with lazy river, rafting ride, splash tubes and again… way more.
The plan is to head over right after our Trek is complete and enjoy the parks for the
afternoon. After that, head back to the rooms for some pizza and enjoy the evening
Celebration, Campfire and Family Time.

It’s raining it’s pouring… outside.
We’re up and had breakfast and picked up our tickets for our Treks
(smaller group activities) for this morning and afternoon.
Last night we head from Pr. Yonker who apparently tried to… break into the
church castle Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the church door… and almost
got arrested! His message told us to never forget God is there with us, we are one
together and one in His love.
We had a great Family Time in the guys’ room discussing and sharing all that had
happened since we left.
At 9am we head back to the conference center for this morning’s Celebration.
We’ve met people from Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin!

Well, an easy trip up to the Wisconsin Dells for our Junior High Quake event! A little construction, lots of sun, a mess of taco bell and some great conversation in the van.
The rooms are great! Very nice and soon we’ll be getting ready for our opening celebration.
