We just returned from an awesome weekend retreat at LOMC in Oregon, IL. 12 youth and adults had a blast with team building, Bible study, great food, a pizza party at Alfano’s, and of course a lot of great music and messages from Peder Eide (pronounced, “eyed”). Peder led one great song after another and had us up off our Lutheran backsides singing, jumping, swaying, praying, and listening to God’s Word. Many of the songs were from Peder’s newest CD “Taste Worship” which we had a great time listening to on the way home from the retreat. Was it cold? Only outside! Who cares we were high energy all weekend.
Don’t miss out the next time we retreat!!! “Eide” certainly go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
