2011 Annual Meeting of the Congregation

Important agenda items include:
• Election of one member to the Church Council
• Election of members to the Nominating Committee
• Adoption of a Ministry Budget for 2012
• Recognition of Staff Anniversaries
All voting members of the congregation are encouraged to attend this meeting. “Voting members are confirmed members. Such confirmed members shall have communed and made a contribution of record during the current or preceding year.” (St. John’s Constitution C8.02.c)
Also of note:
• The Annual Meeting of the Columbarium Board will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting of the Congregation.
• Please join the high school youth, who are raising money for Workcamp 2012, and enjoy the annual Chili Fest in the Fellowship Hall!
• IMPORTANT! A review of the 2012 Proposed Budget will be held in the Room 364/365 on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 9:15am.
